You need to either:

- make sure that $LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set, and includes $SYBASE/OCS-15_0/lib

or

- add $SYBASE/OCS-15_0/lib to the /etc/ld.so.conf file:

[mpeppler@gw mpeppler]$ cd /etc
[mpeppler@gw etc]$ cat ld.so.conf 
/usr/lib/mysql
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/lib/qt-3.1/lib
/opt/sybase-12.5/OCS-12_5/lib
/opt/sybase-12.5/ASE-12_5/lib
