Subject: installation of libctl.dll???

Hello everybody,

I just installed
      DBD-Sybase-1.07_01.zip
and
      sybperl-2.18.zip
on my Windows 2000 PC and tried if everything works.
The following problem encountered:
      1. DBI shows that the Sybase is installed using: "my @driver =
DBI->available_drivers();"
      2. trying to connect a database perl dies. It tells it could not find
the DLL "libctl.dll"

Did I forget to install something?

p.s. I use ActiveStatePerl 5.6.1
