I assume perl 5.6.1 is still the minimal supported perl version- for sybperl and
dbd::sybase?

FYI I've made use of the fact that CPAN will automatically label a
release with a version of x.yy_z as a "developer" release.
So sybperl 2.17_3 and DBD::Sybase 1.04_9 are now available there as
well.
These latest versions have minor modifications to allow them to build
cleanly with the 15.0 beta release of OpenClient. Minimal testing show
that sybperl and DBD::Sybase should continue to work with no particular
issues with the new ASE 15.0.
