What is failing is the blk_xxx() routines:
> t/2_ct_xblk............dubious

It's interesting, because previously I'd only seen this with earlier
versions of OpenClient.
Could you please run
perl -Mblib t/2_ct_xblk.t
and send me the output, as well as the exact EBF of the Sybase libs?
