Through DBD-Sybase's connect() encryptPassword option I learned that
CT-lib can encrypt passwords so they are not transmitted in the clear.
Do you know if this can be set as the default at the server (ASE) so
apps like Sybase Central and SQL Advantage login securely? I seem to
recall an sp_configure option but I can't find it in the ASE docs.
