This doesn't make any sense!

    if(info->connection->refcount == 1) {
	if((Att = perl_get_hv("Sybase::CTlib::Att", FALSE)))
	{
	    if((svp = hv_fetch(Att, hash_keys[HV_use_datetime].key, 
			       strlen(hash_keys[HV_use_datetime].key), 0)))
		info->connection->attr.UseDateTime = SvTRUE(*svp);

It dies on the strlen() above.

But HV_use_datetime is an enum, so its value should be defined
correctly.

Try this:

On line 188, change
	HV_use_datetime,
to
	HV_use_datetime = 0,

and then rebuild.

I don't see why that would make any difference, though.
