I havn't followed your entire thread here, but you probalby need to
>include whatever $ENV{SYBASE}/$ENV{SYBASE_OCS}/lib evaluates to to your
system path.  (The windows path is the equiv to path and
LD_LIBRARY_PATH under unix)
