Subject: Experimental sybperl 2.13_04 available

I've just made an experimental version of sybperl (2.13_04) available
at http://www.peppler.org/downloads/
This version has a few minor bug fixes, but mostly it's got support
for async programming in the Sybase::CTlib module. The API is a bit
quirky (mostly due to OpenClient, and some short-cuts that exist in
the Sybase::CTlib implementation), and may change in the future.
But if you have been interested in this feature then I'd appreciate it
if you could take a look.
