This new version includes quite a few changes. In particular it adds
bulk-copy API functionality to the CTlib module, a Sybase::BLK module
that uses that functionality, CTlib async programming capabilities,
and the ability to create Dynamic SQL prepared statements
(i.e. handling SQL statements with ?-style placeholders.)
In addition I've modified the build process slightly to ask the user
for a Sybase login/password and server information interactively,
which should help when installing sybperl via perl's CPAN module.
