Subject: "commercial" support?

Hi,
Is there any interest from members of this list for a more structured
approach to tech. support for sybperl, DBD::Sybase, etc?
I was thinking that a more structured approach to installation help,
coding tips, etc could be useful.
This could range from simple "follow these steps to install" to
customizing the code to run on specific platforms, to help with
application and/or database design, to (potentially) training classes.
I'm not really sure how I'd structure it, but I thought I'd test the
waters first....
