Subject: make test failed on sybperl/linux install

Step 7, the make test part of the install for sybperl failed.
We are attempting to install sybperl on linux
[gemini1.gsfc.nasa.gov], we have sybase
server itself running on a DIFFERENT box [solaris
arioch.gsfc.nasa.gov].
We have OpenClient installed and running on the same
Linux box that we are trying to install sybperl on.
The sybperl install went fine until make test, here
are the results of that attempt, as well as our
interfaces file:
