Well - it seems that you don't have the Sybase libraries installed
where the sybperl build expects them - so that would explain why this
doesn't work...
(the "probably harmless" part in the warning doesn't come from me, but
rather from the MakeMaker tools - and it's wrong... this error is
fatal!)
