Subject: Connecting to SQL Server

Does anyone know if Sybase::CTlib can be used to connect to MS SQL Server?
I'm not very familiar with MS SQL Server but I had the impression that CTlib
could be used to connect to it. If it is possible, are there any particular
set-up or configuration issues that anyone has run into? More importantly,
are there any major differences in using Sybase::CTlib with Sybase SQL
Server and MS SQL Server?
