Subject: Sybperl::Ctlib reading from CP850 character encoded databases?

Hi,
After not having success with the suggestions from my last posting, I
would like to know if anyone, using Sybperl::CTlib, has read strings from
a database which uses CP850 character encoding? And I'd especially like to
know if you have been able to get the upper case accented characters?
