I've written a new module that allows you to asynchronously communicate with
a Sybase server.  It uses Sybase::Dblib, and calls poll() periodically.
I'll convert it to Sybase::Ctlib whenever anyone puts in the ctlib async
functions.

I plan on uploading it to PAUSE unless there are any objections.
