Subject: divide by zero (again)

A while ago, I asked why "divide by zero" (error #3607) does not invoke
the error handler.  It seems to me that this error is at least as
serious as any conversion error, which are considered server errors.

If my update doesn't happen, I would like not only to know, but to be
able to react to it.

Also, why is the severity received by the message handler for error 3607
a zero when sysmessages shows it as 10.
