By following the instructions that were sent to you when you subscribed, or 
were posted when the list was moved.  

In case you didn't save those messages (as they said you should):

To unsubscribe from Sybperl-L:
 * send mail to listproc@listproc.net
 * leave the subject blank, or use a subject of "blank"
 * in the message body, put
unsubscribe sybperl-l
   or
signoff sybperl-l

Note that you must send this message from the address you used to subscribe 
to the list.
