I've been using Sybperl for a while to work with a MS-SQL server but now
find myself needing to talk to an Ingres database owned by another
department. Can Sybperl talk to Ingres any? I assume that it can't and
in that case, can anyone offer some insight? The db is running on an
HP-UX platform and I'm on a Sun. I don't have the libraries I'd need to
compile DBD::Ingres and I can't find it pre-compiled and I can't find
any pointers on Usenet. So any clues?

Thanks,
Trey
