Not that I know of.
And there is no way to get at the execution command buffer either
(dbstrcpy() doesn't exist).
I believe that the debugging libraries have some of these features
which you can enable with ct_debug(), but ct_debug() is not implemented
in Sybase::CTlib, and by default we don't link with the debug
libraries.
