Subject: Sybperl 2.09_03 released

I've just placed 2.09_03 on my web page.
Thanks to Ian MacLeod this version should build completely on
Win/NT. Ian found a couple of missing CS_PUBLIC declaration in
CTlib.xs, which caused segmentation faults when run againts
OpenClient 11.x.
If you are using sybperl under WinNT I suggest you get this
updated version.
Please report back if you are still experiencing difficulties
(remember to check the FAQ on my web page regarding the
BCP.pm make test problems).
