I am retrieving some French text from a Sybase SQL Anywhere database and
would like to know if anyone has any ideas about the French characters,
because they are being returning incorrectly under our current
configuration (ie. an E with a / accent on top is being returned as a ?,
etc.).  Is there some variable that I can pass to the server, or does the
server have to be reconfigured to handle this, I don't know...  If it's
already been documented, just point me in the direction.
