Although I have no experience mit DBLib, since I just use CTLib, your
result is  exacty what I would expect: Sybase always returns an array of
result rows - even if there is only one row in the result. Each row is
represented as an reference to an array, which contains the single column
values.

And when using in hash-context it returns an array of references to hashes.
