== I haven't found any information on the use of bcp parameters in the
== Sybperl man pages or the Open Client DB-Library/C Reference Manual.

The bcp program is an application, it's documented in the
Server Utilities guide (same with isql). That's where you
can find information on the command line arguments. Running
bcp with a bogus option (e.g -x) should spit out the usage.
If you write your own bcp-sybperl application you need to
emulate the handling of these command line arguments (or the
ones you need).

Note that there are 2 different APIs to bulk copy routines:
- the (old, DB-LIB based) bcp_* API
- the (new, CT-LIB related) blk_* API
They're documented in the respective reference Manuals.
Or seach thru www.sybase.com.

hope this helps
