The binary that 'make test' builds is the one you need to use when
accessing sybperl functionality. When you do a static build the
sybperl modules are statically loaded into a new perl binary, and
won't be available from the 'normal' perl binary. So copy the perl
binary from your source directory into your normal perl binary directory
and things should be fine.
