Subject: Problem executing perl script

I currently have some perl scripts which work on a Digital Unix 3.2 box.
They've been moved over to a Digital Unix 4.0 box and get the following error:
at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/Sybase/CTlib.pm line 862 BEGIN
failed--compilation aborted at mis-lib.pl line 3. Both machines are running
Perl 5.003 and sybperl 2.06. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
