I managed to get Sybperl 2.08_52 working under RedHat 4.2 and perl 5.003
using the procedure outlined earlier by Steve McLurkin.
The output looks fine, but there are a couple of nuisance warnings that
come up ...
1) Server message:
Message number: 2409, Severity 11, State 2, Line 1
Message String: Cannot find the requested character set in Syscharsets:
name = 'iso_1'.
2) Open Client Message:
Message number: LAYER = (1) ORIGIN = (1) SEVERITY = (1) NUMBER = (159)
Message String: ct_cmd_drop(): user api layer: external error: This
routine can be called only if the command structure is idle.
Any ideas what could be causing these?
Thanks
Joe Marchak
