Do you have libtcl.so (from tcl/tk) on your system, maybe in
/usr/local/lib, and do you have LD_LIBRARY_PATH set to include
/usr/local/lib *before* $SYBASE/lib?
Did you add -ltli to the EXTRA_LIBS line in CONFIG?
