You need to saerch through the libraries where the 'netp_dlopen_sim'
and 'drivers' symbols are defined. One place I would look is the
libinsck.{sl,a} file (use nm(1) and grep to check if the symbols
are there).

Once you find where the symbols are defined, add that library to
the EXTRALIBS line in CONFIG, and then rebuild sybperl from
scratch (ie start with 'perl Makefile.PL').
