Subject: DBD::Sybase 0.04 uploaded to PAUSE

I'v just uploaded DBD::Sybase 0.04 to PAUSE, and it will reach your
local CPAN mirror in a day or two.
This version fixes the bugs that I've found in 0.03, in particular
correctly supporting AutoCommit.
DBD::Sybase does not support dynamic SQL at this point, although
I would like to hear from people who have used dynamic SQL with
Sybase so that I can form an opinion on whether there is a
sufficiently large performance improvement to implement it.
