The 4.9.2 libraries will work just fine to get sybperl to work. If you
want to be able to use all the System 10 features, you will have to get
the System 10 libraries, probably from Sybase (unless they are
available on the distribution media that you have for 10.0.x and they
weren't loaded for some reason...)
