Subject: Failed to make ctlib (dynamic)

I have a problem building the ctlib part of sybperl sybperl-2.01
on SunOS 4.1.3 Sybase 10.0.2 But, with the CONFIG file set to
skip CTLIB, everything else works fine.   As I don't currently
use CTLIB this is not a major problem, but I would like to know
what the missing libtli is for.
