Since so many people are interested in sybperl for NT, I am forwarding this
latest announcement from the nt-perl mailing list.  This mail shows where you
can find the archive, and how to get on that mailing list.

Note: although I subscribed to this list months ago, I never got around to
actually using perl on NT, so I cannot guarantee that syb-perl works on NT,
although I am pretty sure I have seen syp-perl discussion on this list...
