Subject: Sybperl 2.0 on NeXStep - no Makefile created
Date: Jan 26 1996 8:47PM

I'm trying to build Sybperl 2.0 under NeXTStep 3.2 (Intel platform).
I've got perl5001n installed and working great. I've got sybase 4.6
client libraries.

When I execute the Makefile.PL script, I get :

prompt>perl Makefile.PL
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good
prompt>make
Make: No arguments or description file. Stop.
prompt>

The reason for the message is that no Makefile is created by
Makefile.PL.

Suggestions? I really don't know what's going on.

Thanks in advance.

Ken
