Subject: sybperl using ctlib

I'm new to sybperl and would like to know if we need perl in order to run
a sybperl executable using the ctlibraries. Also how  the "use SYBASE::CTlib"
statement in my code is looking for the CT libraries.  How do I specify
a path for the CTlibraries?
