Hi folks, 

    Am building sybperl 2.0 with perl5.001m on AlphaStation 400 4/233
   and am getting 2 things during the link phase:

    1) LOTS of 'multiply defined' messages when the .so versions of the
        Sybase libraries are searched in /usr/sybase/lib. Is this a problem?

    2) A final grunt from ld saying it cannot resolve  'getnodebyname'
        Is there a library I should be putting in the EXTRALIBS list?

    Oh, the sybase is 10.0.2
